I spent 5 years in practise before moving to industry, gaining experience with a variety of businesses in different sectors. I joined Seven20 in October 2024 as Financial Controller with the aim of improving financial processes, implementing future-proof systems and ensuring we are prepared for continued growth.

Abbie started her career in customer support and new joiner onboarding. She then spent five years in a management role at a rapid growth startup insurtech before joining Seven20. As People Manager her main focus is on shaping company culture, enhancing the employee experience and implementing personal development initiatives.

Alex is responsible for the product team and the development process at Seven20, having a wealth of technical experience accrued from building everything from financial liquidity vetting to manufacturing laboratory support software. This experience helps him to guide Seven20 development team to best utilise currently available technologies, and to allow Seven20 to react and scale to the needs of any recruitment agency, no matter their size.

Max spent 5 years in tech recruitment before transitioning his career to the Salesforce ecosystem. It was apparent how powerful Salesforce was as a platform and how it could be evolved into Seven20 for the recruitment industry.

Josh’s career path began in sales, and quickly advanced into a management position where he was responsible for CRM and gained a valuable perspective on digital processes. After successfully implementing Salesforce for his team, he expanded his impact to a Salesforce implementation consultancy and soon realised recruitment could benefit from the platform.

However, there were significant barriers to entry, which lead to his partnership with Max and the creation of Seven20. A company dedicated to eliminating this barrier and enabling the recruitment industry to leverage Salesforce’s potential.

Mark has over 15 years experience within the Recruitment industry, mainly on the agency side, starting as a Recruiter himself.  In recent years, his focus has been working within international enterprise businesses, leading large Change and Transformation projects to ensure that systems and processes are streamlined to complement each other. 

Mark joined us in Oct 2021 and is responsible for ensuring our customers are fully leveraging the power of Seven20 and capitalising on our Salesforce AppExchange Partners and ecosystem.

Joe has spent his career at the intersection of recruitment and technology, helping agencies modernise how they manage clients, candidates, and operations. With a strong background in Salesforce-based solutions and a passion for digital transformation, he’s seen firsthand how the right technology can unlock performance and scalability.

At Seven20, Joe leads the company’s growth across the APAC region — enabling recruitment businesses to leverage Salesforce’s latest architecture and the flexibility of Seven20’s modular platform to drive efficiency and growth.

After graduating from the University of Lincoln with a First-Class MComp in Computer Science, Anthony has racked up over 10 years experience in the tech sector and 4 years in Salesforce. Most recently working as a Salesforce Consultant before joining Seven20, Anthony has worn many hats over the last several years.

In his new role as Information Security Engineer Anthony is responsible for implementing safeguards to ensure customers’ data is safe and secure! He brings with him knowledge gained through hands-on experience along with that gained through the BCS to his work at Seven20

Jake manages the sales cycle for our emerging and high-growth accounts. He brings with him a decade of recruitment experience and a deep understanding of the common challenges companies face with new CRMs and ATS, from small agencies to enterprise companies like Microsoft UK.

Jake also has experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, having worked for other Salesforce GSIs prior to Seven20. This enables him to confidently convey the benefits this powerful CRM can provide to recruitment businesses over other proprietary solutions.

Poppie brings experience in recruitment coupled with a passion for marketing, making her the perfect fit for the role of Marketing Coordinator at Seven20.

Jess ensures that our clients receive exceptional customer service and support.

She manages our support desk making sure that customer queries and issues are responded to in a timely and professional manner and escalated accordingly. In addition to this, Jess is also responsible for our internal administration.

 With a customer-centric approach, Katie goes above and beyond to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied.

With over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator at one of the world’s largest HVAC companies, she has a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and is adept at bridging the gap between customers and technology, making sure that our customers have a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Gareth manages the sales cycle for our Scaling and Enterprise accounts. He brings with him an empathy of the challenges recruiters face from his time as a 360 consultant. As well as an understanding of recruitment processes from his time in sales with Hinterview, working with the largest recruitment businesses in the industry to improve their effectiveness.

Gareth has utilised Salesforce in multiple roles and understands the benefits it can provide recruitment businesses over ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions.

Will graduated from the University of Liverpool with a bachelor’s in Computer Science. Ever since early high school I’ve been a big fan of programming so I’m looking forward to beginning my software development career and contributing to projects.

Jack joins as a Graduate QA Engineer after graduating with a MSci Physics degree from the University of Nottingham.

Chloe works as a Software Support Analyst to provide assistance to clients using our software. She holds a Masters in Computing and Information Systems and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

At Seven20, James steps into the role of Customer Success Manager. Drawing from his broad background, he is here to ensure that clients thrive in their partnership with Seven20.

James began his career as a paralegal focusing on property law for 4 years, before transitioning into the world of technology, spending 3 years at an enterprise recruitment firm as a consultant specialising in the Norwegian Salesforce market. During that time James was a user of an in-house custom Salesforce build, so comes into Seven20 with a unique view on how a CRM/ATS built for recruitment can have a huge impact on a recruiters success.

With over 5 years’ experience in Recruitment and Executive Search working closely with growing Tech scale-ups Sam has worked at Director level developing a deep understanding of 360 processes across various forms of hiring services – both at an individual contributor and management level.

Harnessing this experience and knowledge Sam blends his relationship-driven approach and proactive attitude to provide a seamless customer-journey for Seven20 users.

Alex joined Seven20 with 3 years previous experience as a salesforce administrator. As a solutions consultant Alex works with our customers to understand their business needs and find a solution, bridging the gap between customers and technology.

Anna is a Salesforce Consultant and Project Manager who specialises in onboarding and assisting new clients who want to improve their recruitment business and user interface experience.

She is deeply committed to delivering the best options and resources to meet the client’s business needs in a rapidly growing industry.

Joseph worked with Salesforce for almost six years before beginning his Seven20 journey within the Onboarding team. As a Solution Consultant, Joseph works with clients to understand their business needs and develop customised solutions using Salesforce technology.

Alan is a scientist, with a PhD in theoretical physics, and a background in software engineering and data science. His role is to empower our clients with actionable insights using data analysis and visualization methods.

Holly is the QA Engineer for the delivery team at Seven20. She joined the company after earning a first-class degree in Physics. Holly’s role involves leveraging her attention to detail to help maintain the highest standards of quality and support the team in delivering reliable results.

Myles works in the delivery team where he uses his Masters in Digital Business and Bachelors in Software Engineering to develop bespoke software solutions for Seven20 Clients. Myles is an enthusiastic programmer and is always looking for a way to improve himself and the work he produces.

Will joined the Seven20 product team as a graduate software developer, having achieved a first-class degree in Computer Science at the University of Liverpool.

He aims to contribute to an exciting development process in a highly collaborative and nurturing environment, as well as build on the skills he gained during his studies. He takes great pride in producing software that provides an exceptional user experience.

Joe joined the team in September 2023, after achieving a first class degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Manchester. Taking on the role of QA Engineer, Joe enjoys the challenge of having our product perform at the highest possible level. His continued hard work has help to create a trustworthy QA team within product.

Chris works within the product team where he uses his education in Computer Science to polish and improve the Seven20 product through the use of both the Apex and JavaScript languages.

Chris initially joined us as a graduate software developer in October 2023 from Edge Hill University where he gained a First-Class BSc Computer Science degree.

Andy has worked in software development for over a decade and a half, across industries as diverse as video games, utilities and EdTech. Having started out in QA, he later moved into functional design and product roles with a focus on process improvement and Agile methodology.

Andy joined Seven20 in April 2023 and enjoys using his experience to help the product team improve how they work so that they can continue to deliver a great product for our clients.

Dominic joined the Seven20 product team as a QA engineer, but is taking the next step up in his career and moving into a newly created role of Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET for short).
